When I arrived, I was very weak, and not sure that I would be able to return home independently. I admit I was a little nervous, but everyone on the staff at Heartland made sure that my transition was a smooth one. Robert was living at home with his son prior to his admission the Greenville Memorial Hospital. He suffers from chronic diseases, that at times flair up and require a hospital stay. I would like to commend the staff of Heartland for exceeding expectations of a quality care facility. Communication with Chris concerning placement for my sister, Joyce, was very informative. He provided a stress-free admission. The next critical step involved Ginny who later aided in the enrollment of Joyce in the Medicaid program. She is a true professional specialist and continues to be my contact for questions. Marie was very important in the process and is always available for support. Thank you! The therapy staff also raised expectations and successfully analyzed Joyce’s limitations before the transfer to Unit Three Hundred.

Joyce is very happy at your facility and truly cares for all the staff who takes care of her. The care and compassion of the nurses, CNAs and other staff speak volumes of what I felt existed there.
